Extra Help Moving Labor Services Of America, has redesigned the Customer Review pages on the Moving Labor Professional website. Richard Roberts, Senior IT Supervisor stated, that the new design will make the process easier for customers to document their moving experiences after using the service. Only about 2% of customers return to a website and write a customer review.
Our new design is simple and basic, which should increase the number of customers who would like to leave a review but do not, because of the additional website paraphernalia (signup pages, popup forms, drop-down widows, survey sheets, advertisements, etc.), give me a break ... Just talking about everything that most websites make people go through before writing a customer review, has already stressed me out. We made our process for writing a customer review easy.

Moving Labor Professionals website is now updated. Customers will be able to navigate faster with the cleaner design. We have included a pop-up discount code page when ordering. Another feather which we have improved on, is the second confirmation notice that our customers receive after placing the order. The second confirmation which is sent by e-mail, will have the direct contact information of the assigned movers (moving helpers), at the bottom of the page.
